The WEARwatcher System is a lift monitoring system that provides condition monitoring with predictive maintenance function. It supports the Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (RM&D) and Remote Monitoring & Prognostics (RM&P) functions. It provides early detection of imminent failure by issuing maintenance alerts email to the facility management offices, elevator maintenance centres or lift owners, thus prevent the lift from breaking down. The advantage of our predictive maintenance solutions not only minimizes the lift breakdown rate, it also reduces the maintenance cost greatly by maximising the parts life such as of the wire ropes, machine sheave etc.

Our unique predictive maintenance solutions can be applied to all types and all brands of traction and hydraulic lifts. From the basic configuration, it can be customised to incorporate special requirement from the users. Our design solutions offer low amount of data transfer volume.

The WEARwatcher System is currently installed and used in Singapore Building. Other users include Germany Railway Company (Deutsche Bahn), Germany Airport Munich, France, Switzerland, China & USA.

Our Sensors are able to measure wire ropes tension, weight of the car and counterweight. The wire rope tensions differences can be monitor and send out alert if exceed limits. These sensors are pre-calibrated; there is no need to put static weight into the lift cabin to perform car load sensors calibration. These sensors can be used as car weight sensor and be connected to lift controller. In addition, the servicing and maintenance crews can make use of these sensors for wire rope tension adjustment without the need to bring along with them additional test equipment. The wire ropes tension adjustment is accurate and quantifiable with our sensors on board the elevator.

These sensors can provides status for Empty Car Load, Full Car Load, Overload, Slack Rope, and of course the Rope Tension Difference.

The Balancing of counterweight can be performed with ease within short period of time with all these available information without the need of putting static weight into the lift car.

Liftinspector, a portable and mobile device that is well like by lift technician. The liftinspector can capture and record the elevator ride quality and performance according to ISO18738 standard within a single ride. The data can be retrieved on site for assessment or back in office for fault analysis to expedite the troubleshooting process. Reports that are generated can be used as lift handling over document to register the status of lift performance.
